the staff was friendly. the location was close to many amenities. i found the room very spacious which i always appreciate. i also liked that it was off the main road so it was quiet.
the shower head was not very high.

The room was very clean. I found the beds to be amazing. The mattress was great, which ensured a good night's sleep. The staff were lovely and helpful. I felt welcome and supported . I particularly appreciated the hotel's proximity to shops, bars, buses, and trams.
The room could have benefited from more lighting. There were only lights at the bedside tables and no central room light.
